The images show that there is room for the larger display, by shrinking the size of the bezel on either side .In that case it would be easy to create fake images showing a larger display on an iPhone 4. Numerous sources have reported that Apple is going to increase the size of the display in its smartphone, from 3.5-inch to perhaps 3.7-inches.
